COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We want this space to feel safe for everyone, no matter where you are on your journey.

Grief, healing, and living connected can look very different for each of us. Some people here may be hoping to start noticing signs from their loved ones, while others have been walking this path for years. Wherever you are, you’re welcome here.

Our hope is that this community feels a bit like a supportive family. A place where we can share openly, listen with compassion, and walk alongside one another without judgment.

Because grief can be heavy, we take the energy of this space seriously. We want it to remain uplifting, supportive, and rooted in kindness.

A few simple things help protect that:

• Lead with compassion and kindness in your responses.

• Share from your own experiences rather than correcting or judging others.

• Honor each person’s pace and personal journey.

• Please avoid medical advice, diagnosing, or promoting services or products.

A gentle reminder:

Everything shared within this community, whether from us, guest practitioners, or other members is based on personal experience and perspective. These experiences are not meant to replace professional medical or mental health care, and may not be the same for everyone.

We encourage you to take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and always trust yourself first.

Most of all, remember that we’re all here because we care deeply about connection, healing, and supporting one another.

To keep this space safe for everyone, we may gently address anything that goes against these guidelines and reserve the right to remove access if needed.

Thank you for helping keep the heart of this community full of love, hope, and connection.
